"P.M.C. Graduate Tells of Conditions in Russia"
Colonel Clarence t. Starr, class of 1899, spent three years in Russia as manager for an American consulting engineer firm under contract with the Soviet government. Starr tells of current conditions in Russia.
"A Close Polo Game"
The PMC R.O.T.C. polo team lost to the Rovers by the score 13-12 on December 3, 1932. Team: Joe Poor, captain; Bill Pickering.
"Supper Dances"
Colonel and Mrs. Hyatt offered several recent supper dances: the sophomore class was entertained December 9, 1932; the junior class on December 2, 1932; the senior class on November 25, 1932; the freshman on November 18, 1932.
"Timm Re-Engaged as Coach and Director of Athletics"
A letter from Colonel Hyatt told Coach Judson Timm of his re-engagement as coach of the college football team, the 1933 basketball and baseball teams, and director of all athletics. The letter is excerpted.
"DeMille Famous Picture Producer Bases Success on P.M.C. Training"
Cecil B. DeMille, motion picture producer, spoke of his PMC training in "The Voice of Broadway," a Louis Sobol column in the _New York Journal_. DeMille received an honorary Doctor of Laws in 1931. An excerpt from the article is included.
"Gymkana"
The second Gymkana of the season was held on December 9, 1932. Prize winners: Frank Washbourne; Stanford H. Joffe; George Iredell; George Sheidy; Vincent Carels; Joseph F. Poor; James g. "Grad Makes Good"
William Stern, class of 1930, is stage director of the theatres in the new Radio City, in New York. Stern works for S.L. Rothafel, better known as "Roxy." In 1931, Stern became engaged to Beta Rothafel, Roxy's daughter.

"Social Notes"
Mr. and Mrs. Walter F. Layer have recently moved to 909 East Fifteenth Street in Chester. They were married in June 1932 and honeymooned in Maine. Layer is both director of athletics and an instructor of mathematics at the preparatory school.
